Booking & Payment: The session is confirmed once payment is received. Prices, scheduling, and duration are listed on the booking page. We reserve the right to update these at any time. Duration listed is a guide, your reading may be slightly longer or shorter depending on what comes up.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before a live session to avoid forfeiting payment. Refunds may be issued at the provider’s discretion, particularly for last-minute cancellations. If audio recorded reading was booked and has already been completed, no refund will be possible.
Limitation of Liability: You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions following the reading. Ashley cannot be held liable for any outcomes or consequences.

Confidentiality & Consent: Everything discussed during your reading remains confidential. By booking, you give consent to the session and affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent, where applicable).
